Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items with makeup or deodorant stains. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We also recommend using a trackable return method.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance and Final Sale Items
- Jewelry and hats
- gift cards
- worn or washed items
To start a return, you can contact us at shopericajanesboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must include a photo of the damage or defect in your email. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography and lighting. This does not qualify as a defect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We cannot guarantee that an item can be exchanged due to limited quantities so we will you issue a store credit.
